The Coaching Clinic®

Team-Building through the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is one of the most widely used assessments in the world. In these facilitations, participants take the MBTI and receive both individual reports and an overall team report. The facilitator guides them through what the implications are for the work group and how they can work together more effectively as a result.
